At Udos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your shoes, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. Please read through our policy below to understand the steps for returning or exchanging your items.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy on all shoes purchased from our website. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- The shoes must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and receipts.
- The shoes must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items returned must not show any signs of wear or damage, including scuff marks or dirt on the soles.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected during shipping.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or style. If you’d like to exchange your shoes for a different size or product, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The shoes must be in new, unworn condition.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and prices may vary depending on the selected item.
To initiate an exchange:

- We’ll help you arrange for the return of your original item and ship out the new pair of shoes as soon as the return is received.
Please Note:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Shoes that have been worn or show signs of use (including scuff marks, worn soles, or damage).
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such at checkout).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. Please retain the original packaging and email us pictures of the damage for quicker processing of your claim.
International Returns
